Using point load distribution creates an efficient base which supports the building in the right areas and doesn’t waste time, money, and materials on large unnecessary concrete bases. Elevating the building enables drainage and prevents water retention on the base which may encourage freezing and cracking in the concrete.

Each ground screw head incorporates a height-adjustable clamp to ensure flexibility in fixing when craning the building into position and to prevent twisting, lateral movement, and uplift forces.
