When organisers needed reliable foundations for exhibition structures, they had a real headache on their hands.Traditional concrete foundations were a complete non–starter. The showground hosts over 200 events annually, so any permanent damage was out of the question. Plus, site access was incredibly tight during setup, with contractors and exhibitors all racing against the clock.On a project of this high profile, there was absolutely no margin for error.The solutionOur team installed six commercial-size 76mm x 1600mm ground screws, each one fitted with custom–made brackets designed specifically for their 150mm x 150mm posts.Rapid install with minimal disturbance – ideal for ground screws Those custom brackets were absolutely crucial – we designed them to slot perfectly into the posts, giving rock-solid structural connection and excellent alignment across every foundation point.The timing had to be spot on too. We coordinated our installation around the show schedule, completing our work efficiently ahead of the deadline. The resultsThe ground screws provided immediate load–bearing capacity, allowing the exhibition structures to be erected rapidly.
