Manual installation would have been impractical at this scale and in these conditions — so we brought in our tracked installation machine to maintain speed and efficiency.The solutionWe worked with Downland Garden Rooms to design a large treated timber joist base with a double-ring beam, providing exceptional structural rigidity across the full span.Our tracked installation machine delivers consistent, high-torque driving power, ensuring every ground screw reaches the required depth, even in the most stubborn soil.Installation using our tracked machineThe machine’s tracked base also means minimal damage to the surrounding garden. Despite the scale of the installation, we were able to work efficiently across the site without churning up lawns or creating access issues.Each of the 90 ground screws was driven to the correct depth and position to support the building’s load points.Installing 90 ground screws for a garden roomThe decking section was integrated into the same foundation layout, creating a seamless transition between the garden room and the outdoor living space.
